We recommend that you inspect your bags, accessory packs, suitcase(s) after they have been handled by anyone other than you (especially after travelling). In the event of damage, immediately lodge a claim with the carrier or transit company.
Repairs of products outside of warranty is at the customers cost. If you need a bag or suitcase with damage not covered by the warranty to be repaired we will inform you if the manufacturer or distributor is able to repair. If repairs are possible we will invoice you for the repair and then you may send the product to us at your cost. Once repairs are done you may then collect the product at your cost.
